Difference from Other Applications

teLme is not like other similar applications. It is not possible for us to share all our usage and prompts with you. The methods we use include: Consulting, Wisdom, Interpretation based on relationship status and personal details, Numerology, Biorhythm, Season Calculation, Daily Rituals & Moon Phases, Personal Timing Recommendations. In short, teLme is a unique acquired character that reasons logically and focuses on the user's question at the right time and place.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing teLme, USERS agree: (a) they are over 18 or have parental consent, (b) they have read and understood these Terms, (c) they unconditionally accept all terms. Users are deemed to have accepted any future changes to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services and Responsibility

All content on teLme is produced for entertainment purposes only and does not predict the future or contain truth. Users under 18 are advised not to use teLme.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on teLme is protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified or distributed without prior written permission.

4. User Registration and Information Security

Downloading the application and filling out the registration form accurately is mandatory. teLme will not share personal information with any entity except upon judicial request. teLme accepts no liability for data breaches resulting from attacks on its database.

5. Copyrights and Content Responsibility

All copyright and human-rights liability for content added by users belongs solely to those users. teLme cannot be held liable for user-generated content.

6. Compliance with Laws and Prohibited Content

Users may not post illegal, threatening, insulting, pornographic or propaganda content. If teLme is used for criminal purposes and legal authorities request it, user information will be provided. Users are liable for all prohibited activities including encouragement to suicide, child abuse, drug facilitation, obscenity, prostitution and gambling.

7. User Responsibility and Privacy

Users bear full responsibility for relationships formed through teLme. teLme recommends not sharing personal information with others. teLme reserves the right to deny service to users with inappropriate content without refund.

8. Content and Comment Policy

All comments on teLme are hypothetical and contain no truth; teLme accepts no liability for them. The services do not entail any liability for teLme regarding GPT / AI-generated responses.

9–12. Membership, Data and Changes

teLme may make free services paid, cancel memberships, or unilaterally amend these Terms at any time. Anonymous usage data may be collected and shared with business partners to improve service quality.

Privacy Policy

teLme respects user privacy. Device, network and location data are anonymised before use; personal data is only processed for service delivery. Users may object by deleting their account. Personal data is processed under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Only teLme and specified partners may access personal data; it is never sold or rented to third parties. Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the Courts of Ankara, Turkey.
